Bugaboo Anything Goes Challenge: Awareness

Hello there! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend?  Today is an Anything Goes Challenge at Catch the Bug, and using the opportunity to wish my pen pal good luck with her chemo treatments.  If you're interested in sending cards to folks with cancer to help brighten their day please follow this link for more info Chemo Angels.  I've been volunteering for about a year and it makes my heart smile.  I've made some great friends too!!!

I pray that none of your families have been touched by breast cancer.  If they leave me a message and I will add them to my prayers.  If you would like me to send them a card email me privately at joyfullystamps@gmail.com 


Products used:  white/black card stock/ HL patterned paper, copic markers, Spectrum Noir sparkle pen, white gelly roll pen, pink/black half backed pearls, Paper smooches postage stamp die set, hero arts prayers die, and Bugaboo, Kidz Bella Support Ribbon

I found out about it when my daughter was sick and I signed her up for a chemo angel. Then after she passed I became a chemo angel for someone.

    Joy that is a wonderful card and a great thing to do. I sent my Mother a weekly card while she was going through her treatments since it's such a difficult thing to go through.

      Lisa Lynn, when I got sick a friend sent me a card weekly for 2 yrs it was such a blessing! No one understands the power and love of a card.

    What a sweet card Joy - we never know howe much something like that can mean - I know shortly after DH was diagnosed we had a wonderful card arrive from a friend, and it was so encouraging.

      Unfortunately, my Aunt died of breast cancer 6 weeks after being diagnosed on Christmas Eve.
